Donnie Stecklein learned about property maintenance from an early age. His family held a number of rental properties, and his father was very hands on. From working maintenance for a regional property management company with a focus on apartment buildings to heading up the maintenance division of a property management company specializing in single family homes, Donnie has been there, done that with almost any maintenance issue you can think of.

He is now our Director of Maintenance overseeing multiple vendors across our network while providing both our tenants and our investors with seasoned, experienced recommendations.
