Chrystal is an Oklahoma native growing up and living in the Moore/south Oklahoma City area. She entered property management in 2001 as a part-time leasing agent while attending college. During 8 years of working in multi-family housing, she advanced to a Regional Manager. Responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations and staffing for several properties. This was primarily in the Oklahoma City Metro but expanding as far south as Lawton and as far north as Coweta.

 

In 2008, Chrystal transitioned to a different type of housing management. She began working for a newly awarded privatized military housing company. As a part of the startup team for Fort Sill, she aided in executing established operations. This included managing the post’s home build and renovations for active-duty military families. She was a liaison between local and corporate leadership to local Army leadership and the government partner. Coordinating between so many groups has given Chrystal a strong foundation. She is well-versed in facilitating discussions. While building strong and trusted relationships, she ensures the goal of families is first and top of mind. After 13 years of serving military families and commuting to Fort Sill, she was ready for a new venture closer to home.

 

In 2021, Chrystal joined the ARIA Real Estate Group team and obtained her real estate license to become a Leasing Specialist in the Commercial Property Management Department. Working with businesses from local startups to large coporations, she enjoys the challenge of negotiating deals that are beneficial to both the business and the owners of the property while creating new services, resources and retail for the community. In addition to commercial leasing, Chrystal also began leasing residential properties at the beginning of 2024 and is continuing to provide leasing expertise for both commercial and residential clients and supporting the team as a whole wherever there is a need. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service in an effort to create the best experience possible and looks forward to the opportunity of adding additional properties to the portfolio!
